Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. in Winchester, VA is seeking a Caregiver Manager to lead our recruiting engine and build a strong caregiving team on-site. This leadership role focuses on hiring, onboarding, and cultivating a culture of compassion and excellence.

You will drive retention strategies, oversee compliance, and deliver engaging orientations to make every new hire feel like family. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday position in our Winchester office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Healthcare or customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to recruit, screen, interview and onboard caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy across job fairs and referral networks.
• Screen, interview, and onboard caregivers who share our values.
• Launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies.
• Deliver warm, inspiring orientations that welcome every new hire.
• Maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure audit readiness.
• Support on-call needs and keep operations running smoothly.

This is not a remote or Hybrid position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in our Winchester VA office

• Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.
• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
