Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: pair caregivers with clients considering health needs, personality fit and preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff.
• Own the schedule with up-to-date, accurate system entries.
• Pivot quickly during emergencies or last-minute changes to keep care seamless.
• Monitor field staff activity and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate shifts and different needs across teams with a client-first mindset.
• Work with branch teammates to keep the office energized and collaborative.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through setup and questions.
• Utilize scheduling tools to keep records current and compliant.

What You'll Do
