Job summary

Care Advantage Inc in Winchester, VA is seeking a Caregiver Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding of compassionate caregivers. This is a full-time, on-site role ( Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm ) in our Winchester office, not remote or hybrid.

You will hire, train, and engage the caregiving team to strengthen families and deliver excellent homecare. As a leader, you'll drive recruitment strategies, screen and onboard candidates, implement retention programs, ensure compliance, and foster a

Qualifications

• Relationship-building and communication skills essential for caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare or customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with meticulous organizational abilities.
• Ability to anticipate problems, adapt quickly, and solve issues on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy across channels, including job fairs and referrals.
