Job summary

Right at Home Pinnacle Peak is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care to seniors. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities while prioritizing dignity and independence.

We offer flexible shifts with part- and full-time options, weekly pay with instant pay, paid training, referral bonuses, and a local owner on site. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage with seniors in conversation, hobbies, and other social activities
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs
• Assist with nighttime routines such as preparing for bed, personal care, and providing occasional incontinence care
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a calm environment to make sure clients get the restful sleep they need
• Respond to any client needs or emergencies that may occur

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
