Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors with daily living, companionship, and mobility assistance in their own community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle safely.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living needs (bathing, toileting, ambulation).
• Provide companionship care.
• Give medication reminders.
• Take clients on walks and to social events; assist with hobbies and errands.
• Prepare home-cooked meals (not required to be gourmet).
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Caregiver does not provide medical, nursing, or skilled services.
