Job summary

Right at Home Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities in clients' homes.

We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay with instant pay options, paid training, and a local ownership team that answers the phone. You will join a caring family where you are more than a number.

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience required.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• English reading/writing/speaking skills as needed for the job.
• Background check required.
• CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Engage with seniors in conversation, hobbies, and other social activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs.
• Assist with nighttime routines and occasional incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
• Maintain a calm environment to help clients sleep well.
• Respond to client needs or emergencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.

• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job

• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

• Pass a background check

• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification

• Must have previous experience with in Home Care
