Job summary

Right at Home in Savannah is seeking a caring caregiver to assist seniors with daily living, provide companionship, and help with mobility in the home. Training is provided, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and operate a vehicle safely.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living needs (bathing, toileting, ambulation)
• Companionship care
• Medication reminders
• Take clients to walks, social events, and errands
• Prepare a home-cooked meal
• Perform light housekeeping
• Caregiver will not provide medical, nursing, or skilled services
