Job summary

Right at Home Pinnacle Peak is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home senior care in the Scottsdale area. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and personal care while engaging clients in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to seniors (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Engage with seniors and participate in activities
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with nighttime routines and occasional incontinence care
• Maintain accurate care records and monitor client changes
• Create a calm environment to promote restful sleep
• Respond promptly to client needs or emergencies

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage with seniors in conversation, hobbies, and other social activities
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs
• Assist with nighttime routines such as preparing for bed, personal care, and providing occasional incontinence care
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a calm environment to make sure clients get the restful sleep they need
• Respond to any client needs or emergencies that may occur

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
