Job summary

Right at Home Menomonee Falls is hiring Caregivers and CNAs for immediate openings to serve seniors in the local community. Training will prepare you to succeed on the job with a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

You will assist clients at home, help with transfers, meals, housekeeping and companionship. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required; CNA/CBRF preferred. Competitive pay and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Current automobile insurance preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Home care experience, CBRF certification and CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home.
• Perform housekeeping activities including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client on errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care.
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Caregiver Responsibilities and Duties

Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:
