Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service or related experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide feedback.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility and a cheerful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver roster and update systems.
• Monitor caregiver performance to ensure quality service.
• Ensure caregiver compliance with state requirements.
• Welcomes and supports new caregivers.
• Communicate with caregivers and provide recognition.
• Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and take action as needed.
• Handle caregiver questions and issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Assignments may be adjusted by management as needed.
