Welcome Home Care, LLC is seeking a full-time Caregiver Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to join our growing team in Omak, Washington. This role focuses on recruiting, hiring, supporting, and retaining quality caregivers who provide meaningful care to seniors in our community.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, people-focused, and able to follow through with urgency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Assisting with employee relations, corrective action, and terminations
• Maintaining accurate HR and employee records
• Working closely with leadership to meet staffing needs

Welcome Home Care, LLC is seeking a full-time Caregiver Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in recruiting, hiring, supporting, and retaining quality caregivers who provide meaningful care to seniors and individuals in our community.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, people-focused, and able to follow through with urgency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay: $25-$27+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities include

• Recruiting and hiring caregivers
• Managing job postings and applicant communication
• Screening applicants and coordinating interviews
