Pegasus Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/Care Partner in a Florida senior living community. The role supports residents daily, with shifts including day, evening, and overnight coverage. Training and a supportive team environment are emphasized.

Starting wage is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision options, 401(k) with match, PTO, and other programs. Flex scheduling and same-day pay options are noted for FT/PT staff.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00.
