Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver/Care Partner for AM/PM/NOC shifts in our Sacramento, CA community. You will help residents with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and support a safe, comfortable living environment.

We value compassionate communication in English, prior experience with older adults, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently (190 with assistance). Flexible scheduling and strong benefits accompany this role.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
