Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in a senior living community. Starting wage is $21 per hour with DAY, NOC and PRN shifts. You will help enhance residents’ daily lives and well-being within a compassionate team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with matching. A minimum of one year experience with older adults and CN/A certification are preferred.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Ability to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00.
