Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living in Tacoma, WA seeks a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in daily living activities. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and companionship, contributing to a safe, respectful, and cheerful home environment.

A minimum of one year in senior care is preferred; HCA/CNA certification is valued. Flexible scheduling and competitive benefits are included.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $18.00to $23.00.
