Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in our California senior living community. The role offers flexible FT/PT scheduling across day, evening and night shifts with a starting wage range of $18.75–$24.50 per hour and opportunities for growth.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English).
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Communicate with residents and staff in English.
• Follow safety and care plans and documentation requirements.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
