Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) is hiring a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors with daily living activities and companionship in a caring community in Reno. Shifts include AM, Swing, and NOC, with flexible FT/PT options and same-day pay.

You will work with residents, communicate clearly, and participate in the facility's life-enriching programs. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience with older adults, state certifications as required, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00.
