Job summary

We Care Senior Care is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers in Wisconsin to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes. Overnight shifts are available, with a focus on holistic support and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA or home health aide experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
