We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Shelbyville, KY is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes, providing essential daily assistance with dignity and respect.

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer's/dementia and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
