Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Alabama is urgently hiring caregivers to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their homes. Join a team that values compassionate care and live your values through meaningful work.

As a caregiver you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support clients with mobility and medication reminders. We offer a competitive hourly wage, overtime pay, flexible scheduling, health benefits, PTO, training, mileage reimbursement, 401K, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF preferred.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
