Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers in Clarksville, TN to help seniors remain safe and cared for at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/HH Aide experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
