We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes in the Wisconsin area. Overnight shifts are available and valued for improving client quality of life.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands assistance.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• Heart of an in-home caregiverand strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
