We Care Senior Care, Inc., a Home Instead franchise, is urgently hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Overnight shifts are available, with a supportive team and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide or resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
