Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. invites compassionate caregivers to join our team in Wisconsin Rapids, delivering in-home support to help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home.

This role emphasizes meaningful companionship, mobility assistance, and adherence to care plans in a family-friendly environment. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay with overtime, paid orientation and ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth as you support clients with dementia or other cognitive

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
