Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes across Wisconsin. Join a team dedicated to safety, dignity, and high-quality care, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and consistent communication with the care team. A caring attitude and reliability are essential to help clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living with patience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errand support
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
