We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join a team that values patience, respect, and genuine connection.

Evening and overnight 12 hour shifts are available immediately, with benefits including health coverage, paid training, 401K match, and mileage reimbursement. Care ProCafé and 24/7 support ensure you never work alone.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
