Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors remain independent and safe in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, and transportation assistance, building trusting relationships with clients and their families. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay in the $15.00–$16.50/hour range, overtime, benefits, PTO, paid orientation and ongoing training, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or home care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errand assistance.
• Ensure client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with cognitive conditions and build trust with families.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
