We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is hiring caregivers to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their homes. If you value patience, dignity, and meaningful connections, join our team where you are supported and valued.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the care team. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
