Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc., a proud Home Instead franchise, is urgently hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. We offer 12-hour shifts and full-time hours with some weekends required, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Essential Qualifications
