Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their own homes. Our team values Love as a core principle and welcomes applicants for both part-time and full-time hours.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and supporting clients with various cognitive conditions. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA or home health aide experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
