Role Overview

The Lead Caregiver serves as a shift leader in senior care, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident support and supervising the caregiving team.

Responsibilities include managing shift assignments, attendance, and coverage coordination, providing hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), coaching staff on quality standards, reviewing charting to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), monitoring resident changes, and communicating concerns promptly.
