Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely in their homes in Mount Pleasant, WI. Part-time and full-time positions are available with a paycheck in the range of $15.00–$16.50 per hour, plus overtime and a strong benefits package.

We offer paid orientation and ongoing training, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team culture that values love, patience, and respect in every interaction with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Essential Qualifications:
