Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers in Kentucky to help seniors stay safe and cared for at home. Immediate 12-hour evening and overnight shifts are available, with a strong focus on love, patience, and meaningful companionship.

Competitive pay of $14.00–$16.00 per hour, overtime, benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO and paid training. Join a supportive team with growth opportunities and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• Heart for in-home caregiving and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
