Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a Home Instead franchise, is hiring caregivers in Marshfield, Wisconsin to help seniors stay safe and cared for at home.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the care team. CNA/HHA experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.

• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
