We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is seeking caring individuals to join our team as in-home caregivers in Marshfield, WI. Help seniors stay safe and independent in their homes with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
