Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers in Tennessee to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and reporting changes to the care team. We offer competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
