Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, seeks compassionate caregivers in the Fond du Lac area. Join a team that values love, patience and respect, and enjoy full-time day and overnight shifts (12 hours) along with 24-hour live-in shifts.

Starting at $320 per shift with potential to earn around $49,000 annually for three live-ins per week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, paid orientation and ongoing training, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and 24/7

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/Home Health Aide experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Full-time days and/or overnight shifts (12 hours). As well as Live-In shifts (24 hours) starting at $320 per shift. Can earn $49,000 a year for 3 live-in’s/week. Fond du lac area.
