Companions & Homemakers, Inc. is hiring for non-medical home care roles across Connecticut. We seek compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily tasks, companionship, and safety in clients' homes.

Roles offer flexible scheduling (weekdays, weekends, overnights, live-in), competitive hourly pay with direct deposit, and benefits including PTO, holiday pay, and referral bonuses. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Join a trusted CT team with 35+ years of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence - offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
