Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes. Join our team to provide in-home support, companionship, and dignity in daily activities.

We offer part-time and full-time hours, competitive pay ($15.00-$17.00/hour), overtime, benefits, PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities. Call Kim at 262-598-0290 with your questions.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
