Job summary

We Care Senior Care seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. This role supports seniors in their homes with bathing, mobility, meals, and medication reminders, while building trust with clients and families. Experience in caregiving is valued; CNA or Home Health Aide certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related settings is valuable.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient care and support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and help with errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia care and cognitive needs.

Essential Qualifications:

• Heart of an in-home caregiverand strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
