Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, seeks compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for at home. Overnight shifts are available and you’ll join a team that values patience, kindness, and support for clients and families.

Essential duties include assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with ongoing paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related settings is preferred.
• We value empathy, patience, and strong communication with clients and families.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands as needed.
• Support client safety and well-being and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
