Controlled Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatcher / Administrative Management Trainee to support our commercial HVAC service operations and grow into broader administrative management roles.

Start in dispatch, learn the business, and advance as you gain experience, ownership, and leadership capability. The role emphasizes learning with on-the-job training, strong communication, and ambition to move upward into a management track within a family-owned, 50+ year-old Canonsburg

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate commercial HVAC service technicians throughout the day.
• Communicate with customers regarding service calls, scheduling, updates, and follow-up.
• Help prioritize incoming service requests and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, technician, job, and service information.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, paperwork, and administrative follow-through.
• Track open service calls and ensure outstanding items are completed.
• Coordinate information between technicians, customers, vendors, and management.
• Help maintain service agreements, job records, and internal documentation.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring service technicians as you become familiar with the department.
• Support onboarding and administrative coordination for new hires.
• Learn our CRM, dispatch, accounting, and service-management systems.
• Take on additional administrative responsibilities as knowledge grows.
• Gradually develop toward a broader service administration and management position.
