Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.

• Knowledge of marketing and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue correctly.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure lease documents are complete.
• Assist with leasing and property tours as needed.
• Support resident relations and address escalations.
• Help manage budgets, occupancy, and leasing goals.
