Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Austin, TX. The role supports the Property Manager by driving leasing, rent collection, and resident servicing while ensuring operations align with budgeted goals.

Responsibilities include processing applications, audits of move-ins, and coordinating with teams to maintain compliance and high service standards. Weekend work may be required as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• + Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue postings are accurate.
• + File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• + Issue lease violations and coordinate with the Property Manager.
• + Review and approve applications with substantiating income and qualifications.
• + Audit move-ins, confirm payments and required documents are uploaded.
• + Ensure residents’ billing is current and accurate.
• + Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• + Support leasing activities and property tours as needed; handle escalated service requests.
• + Help manage occupancy and leasing goals with the property team and host resident events.
