Job summary

You will help motivate leasing consultants, collect rents, process applications, audit move-ins, and assist with tours while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year in property management or real estate, and a high school diploma (post-secondary preferred).

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications and verify proof of income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are uploaded.
• Ensure residents' current and scheduled billing is correct.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and uploading bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues or escalate as needed to the property manager.
• Assist with leasing, conduct tours, and respond to service requests.
• Work with the property team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident events and renewals.
