Qualifications

• Three years of experience in criminal justice, social work, employment counseling, or related human services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Reliable transportation and DMV clearance.
• Ambulatory and able to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case documentation and client records per grant requirements.
• Verify documentation and explain client rights and required actions.
• Ensure accuracy of referrals from funding sources.
• Assist with intake, interviewing, and warm handoffs at enrollment.
• Create assessments to analyze job readiness and learning needs.
• Enter enrollment and service data into the case management system.
• Coordinate scheduling of clients for computer lab operations.
• Instruct clients in lab technology and software usage.
• Monitor lab activities to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Support outreach to community providers as needed.
