Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in human services, workforce development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to conduct career assessments and develop personalized plans.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and career resources.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and barriers to employment.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual workshops and trainings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management platforms such as CaseWorthy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career interest, aptitude, and exploration assessments; provide individualized counseling.
• Develop personalized career pathway plans linking wrap-around services.
• Assist with resume development, interview skills, and job search strategies.
• Deliver soft skills, professional communication, and digital literacy training.
• Provide digital skills training for job search and exploration.
• Lead study groups and workshops in-person and online; proctor exams.
