Job summary

Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County - Workforce Development in New Castle County, DE is seeking an Employment Case Manager to serve as career guide and job coach for youth, adults, individuals with disabilities, and others facing barriers to employment.

You will assess interests and aptitudes, develop personalized career pathway plans, connect people with education, training, and wrap‑around services, and coach them in resumes, interviews, and job search strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development or human services.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career assessments and provide individualized counseling.
• Develop personalized career pathway plans linking services.
• Assist with resumes, interviews, and job search strategies.
• Provide 1:1 and group job coaching at worksites and training sites.
• Deliver soft skills and workplace readiness training, in person and virtually.
• Cultivate employer relationships and coordinate with partners.
• Maintain confidential client records and compliant reporting.
