This non-exempt role focuses on building service plans, maintaining accurate records, and delivering extreme customer service across multi-program services.

Qualifications

• Customer/client focus, learning orientation, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation, technical capacity
• Keyboarding skills mandatory
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Communicates overview of WIOA program and services.
• Follows case management procedures for orientations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of services and labor market information.
• Utilizes Extreme Customer Service behaviors.
• Prepare enrollment forms and records in a timely manner.
• Supports program eligibility determinations and counseling.
• Collaborates with Business Services Representative on work experience.
• Develops service plans and service strategy for customers.
• Maintains accurate files and records for participants.
