Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a Career Navigator to coordinate career readiness and job placement activities at the Morgantown Opportunity Center. You will support participants through intake, assessments, and workshops, focusing on coaching and career development to help achieve employment goals.

The role requires collaboration with Human Service teams, flexible hours, and regular, full-time status at the Morgantown location. Occasional travel may be needed to support outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience required, or an Associate’s with 3 years, or a Bachelor's with 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate career readiness workshops and enrollment orientation.
• Provide job-specific training, support, and supervision to participants.
• Deliver job search, pre-employment supports, and career development services.
• Develop relationships with employers and community partners to identify opportunities.
• Provide onsite customer service and maintain a welcoming center environment.
